Cryogenic and cold insulation
We design insulation systems for low and ultra-low temperatures, including advanced cryogenic applications. We develop multilayer solutions in PIR or, for complex geometries, we use high-performance nanotechnology mats. We provide anti-condensation insulation with injected polyurethane foams or elastomeric materials, always in compliance with regulations and using carefully selected materials to ensure maximum efficiency and durability.

Scaffolding
Our teams, certified according to Italian and French regulations, are qualified to independently construct scaffolding necessary for our activities and related mechanical works. We offer a complete service including custom design, safe assembly and modifications, as well as periodic technical inspections and checks. We operate with full autonomy even in complex industrial environments, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Thermographic reports
In addition to installation, we provide comprehensive technical consultancy: material selection, thickness calculation, accessory design, and solutions for critical or ATEX environments. We use thermo-technical analysis and performance simulation software, as well as thermographic inspections in accordance with ISO 18434. We conduct precise pre- and post-intervention checks, ensuring compliance with standards and optimized solutions.
Coatings
We operate globally, adapting to different regulations and standards, and selecting materials that meet client specifications through a network of qualified suppliers. We offer a wide range of finishes such as aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, Aluzinc, resins, and flexible coatings, fully customizable in type, thickness, color, and accessories. Each system combines functionality, durability, and aesthetic quality.

Personal protection solution for complex geometry
Passive fireproof infills
We provide certified passive fireproof cladding, ensuring compartmentalization in compliance with current regulations. Our services include site inspection, sizing, installation, and technical documentation for the fire prevention certificate (CPI). We also handle complex layouts with customized certifications. Typical applications include internal partitions between compartments, closure of shafts, ductwork, stairwells, and sealing of plant penetrations (REI 60/120).
Flexible insulation cushions
We design, manufacture, and install custom removable insulation blankets for gas and steam turbines, piping, valves, flanges, and other equipment. Our solutions are precise and reliable, meeting the stringent requirements of energy, petrochemical, and industrial plants. The blankets are easy to install and remove, ensuring quick access during maintenance.
Workshop operations
Our Milan workshop produces finishing cladding for all group sites with quality, speed, and flexibility. The young and skilled team continually grows in a dynamic environment focused on skill development. The workshop is constantly upgraded, both technologically and organizationally, to efficiently handle increasing workloads.
