Depending on the project specifications and/or the plant's own characteristics, we support the client and provide technical guidance on the selection of the most suitable materials and solutions. This activity may include analysis of required performance, selection of the most suitable materials, assessment of compliance with applicable regulations, definition of construction details, maintenance guidelines, and inspection activities.

We have many years of experience in designing, supplying and installing insulation systems in full compliance with the technical requirements specified by the client and current regulations. Our engineers aim not only to design a highly efficient technical solution that ensures optimal performance, but also to minimize our environmental impact and promote workplace safety.

We have multidirectional provisional works (e.g., SM8, Layher and Scafom-Rux), universal systems and specific trestles for their own work processes (such as boilers and electrofilters) and contract work, ensuring full compliance with current safety regulations. In addition, we provide rental and installation service for the structures, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism at all stages of supply.

We package insulating cushions with glass fabric coverings specially designed for temperature and place of application, containing mineral wools, elastomers and/or aerogels, designed ad-hoc by our technical office. This not only saves time and labor to complete the installation on site, but also provides a removable solution that facilitates maintenance even by non-specialized personnel.

Upon completion of the design, we deliver the calculation notes to the client (or project manager), along with the technical documentation. Within them are thermal, acoustic, structural, sound/heat transmission and condensation calculations, to be consulted and used during all phases of construction.

At the end of the project we release the end-of-work report, which provides detailed information on the effectiveness of the intervention and the solutions used. It includes detailed descriptions of the individual activities performed, pre- and post-intervention thermoacoustic analysis, technical specifications of the materials used, results of laboratory tests (if performed), and cost-benefit analysis.

Thanks to our organizational capacity and a workforce capable of operating on multiple shifts, we are available to organize interventions on shutdowns. These interventions aim to restore the efficiency of facilities whose insulation materials have deteriorated and consequently lost their physical properties.

Our commitment to providing the best solutions in terms of thermo-acoustic insulation is evidenced by our close collaboration with leading Italian and French suppliers in the industry. In addition, to meet the specific requirements of our customers, we have developed established relationships with partners specializing in the manufacture of non-standard and special pieces, thanks to which we create customized solutions adaptable to the needs of each construction site.

All supporting and finishing materials are made and/or assembled at our workshop in Mesero, which has recently been renovated and adapted to the needs of modern, technologically advanced production. Our highly qualified personnel with extensive experience in the field are constantly supervised by our production manager.
